These terms cover use of theaiservice.com and purchases made on it from TheAiService LLC.
Services
Engagements bought online are delivered as described on the pricing page at the time of purchase. Larger work is governed by a separate signed agreement, which takes priority over these terms.
Payment and refunds
Prices are in US dollars. If we have not started work, you may cancel for a full refund. After work begins, you pay for the work completed. Monthly plans renew until cancelled and can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the paid period.
Ownership
On full payment you own the deliverables we create for you. We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools and know-how, and grant you a licence to use any that are part of your deliverables.
AI output
AI systems can produce errors. We design for review and testing, and you remain responsible for decisions made using system output.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees you paid for it. The site is provided as is.
